Which Microsoft Dynamics Solution Is Right for You? Let Us Help You Choose

Did you know that the number of different breakfast cereals in the U.S. grew from 160 in 1970 to 340 in 1998 to an estimated 4,945 in 2012? And nobody seems to know what that number is 2019! It’s seriously mind-boggling.

By comparison, the number of Microsoft Dynamics business management software options is much easier to deal with. There are only 6, and Bond Consulting Services (BCS) has chosen to offer what we believe are the 3 best: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

If your shortlist is down to those 3 and you’re having a hard time figuring out which is the right one for you, then you have come to the right place. We can elaborate on the differences in plain English and in a way that will help you quickly determine where to focus your attention. You can begin with a simple process of elimination.

To Cloud or Not to Cloud

If you already know that you have a strong preference for an on-premise ERP solution, you can already narrow your choice from 3 to 1: Microsoft Dynamics GP. Alternatively, if you have already decided that you want a true cloud solution, you have narrowed your choice down from 3 to 2: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The next easy step in the process of elimination is…

Small, Medium, or Large

What size is your business? Maybe that question is not quite as simple as your t-shirt size. But we can help you. For purposes of choosing between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, there are only 2 parameters. Either you are a small- to medium-sized business, in which case Business Central is right for you. Or, you’re a large, enterprise-scale business, in which case Dynamics 365 will be the right size for you.

Cut and Dried?

You might be asking yourself, is it really that straight forward? In most cases, the answer is yes. Of course, life wouldn’t be exciting is there weren’t exceptions to the rule. We can only know if you are one of those exceptions after we’ve had an opportunity to chat with you about your unique business needs. And we make that incredibly comfortable, too.

Getting Started

To get started, Bond offers 3 online options. You can schedule a free consultation, schedule a demo, and/or get a quote. Each of those links takes you to a short form where you can provide basic information about your business. Once you submit the form, the appropriate Bond team member will get in touch to move forward with you.

Are You “Form Averse?”

If you don’t like filling out forms, you don’t have to. Because Bond would be just as happy to hear from you via a phone call. We’re at 562.988.3451 and we look forward to speaking with you.
