With over a decade of experience in both technical and functional roles, he helps clients streamline operations through scalable solutions, especially in manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare. Daniel is passionate about solving integration and migration challenges and creating user-friendly systems that drive adoption. He holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including Solution Architect Expert and Copilot for Microsoft 365 Technical Champion. On weekends, Daniel enjoys playing video games with his two sons and planning their next family adventure. The Dix crew is on a mission to experience every ship in the Disney Cruise Line before his sons outgrow the magic.

Lupe leads the Dynamics 365 Business Central/ERP team, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff through go-live. With over a decade of experience supporting clients in industries from distribution to professional services, he’s helped them get the most out of their systems. Lupe is passionate about overseeing solution design and delivery to help clients optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and achieve long-term success. As a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central professional, Lupe is dedicated to understanding how clients work day-to-day and leveraging technology to make their processes and lives easier. When he’s not deep in a project, you’ll probably find him catching a game, discovering a new coffee spot, or enjoying family time in Cancun.

Kelsey specializes in helping clients streamline business operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. She partners closely with sales and operations teams to solve challenges like inaccurate reporting, inefficient workflows, and data migration headaches. Kelsey holds multiple Microsoft certifications ranging from Dynamics 365 CE to Power Platforms. Additionally, she has worked as a data specialist for an electronic component distribution company, supporting their in-house ERP including their sales and purchasing processes as well as reporting. She’s particularly passionate about helping growing organizations modernize their systems without disrupting day-to-day business and enjoys mentoring her Dynamics 365 team. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exploring new hiking trails or testing out a dessert recipe in the kitchen.

Imran is a Microsoft Certified professional in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Business Central development, leveraging his expertise to develop innovative software solutions. Imran has previous experience as an Assistant Director of Software Development, delivering customized solutions for clients across several industries, including education, healthcare, and financial services. Imran excels at tackling complex technical challenges and is driven by a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful growth. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and spending time in nature.

Joel is an expert with ERP implementation, ongoing support for Dynamics products, and Power BI project development. Joel has built his professional career at BCS, contributing to the company’s growth and developing deep expertise in the Dynamics 365 suite of products. He has been able to achieve multiple certifications over the years in products ranging from Dynamics 365 Business Central to Power BI. Joel thrives working collaboratively with clients to streamline existing processes and make data come to life for stakeholders. Offline, you can find him learning new songs on guitar or running through the sunny streets of Southern California.

Marisa specializes in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that streamline operations and enhance user engagement. With a strong foundation in data science, Marisa brings analytical rigor and a passion for delivering tailored CRM systems across various industries. She holds multiple Microsoft certifications varying from Power Platforms to Dynamics 365 Sales. Outside of work, Marisa loves traveling, skiing, yoga, and ice skating.

With a background as a controller and finance manager at high-growth companies, this Bay Area native has successfully led teams through various systems and business transitions. Vincent’s strong accounting foundation along with his collaborative approach with stakeholders ensures structure, workflow, controls, and requirements all interact cohesively. In addition, as a devoted husband and girl dad, Vincent can also provide insight on managing picky eaters, white knuckle mitigation and schlepping bags of various sizes. When he’s not in the office, Vincent prefers loud rooms, slow dinners and good company.
