With our unlimited support package you can call, email, or chat with our support team as many times as you want for one low monthly fee based on your number of licensed GP users.

Price: $50/month per user

Bond Consulting Services’s Dynamics GP Unlimited Support package includes unlimited calls, emails, and support tickets relating to previously deployed applications and modules.


  • Per user per monthly pricing above based on a minimum commitment of 3 months
  • Bond Consulting Services must be the Microsoft Partner of record
  • Questions and problem resolutions directly related to Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains that can be completed over the telephone, email, and/or through the use of online remote access tools
  • Support Services are available during normal business hours – Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, holidays excluded
  • Customers requesting support will receive a response (not necessarily a resolution) within two business hours
  • Services not included under this plan are listed as but not necessarily limited to:
    • Report writing
    • Data conversion
    • New GP entity creation
    • Database issues not directly related to the Dynamics GP application
    • Software development
    • Data corruption repair and fixes
    • Installations and/or Upgrades
    • Training services
    • Business or System process review or recommendation
    • On site work
    • Services not directly related to Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains
