Price: $7,500
Scope
- Upgraded modules include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, and Inventory
- Up to 2 Versions – Limited to no more than a two-version upgrade (i.e. 2013 upgrade to 2015)
- Includes 2 basic/executable third-party, ISV applications
- Includes up to 2 GP databases
- Includes 1 SQL Server and 1 Terminal Server upgrade
Assumptions
- Anything out of this scope will be subject to a change order
- Any customizations and/or custom GP reports that fail during the upgrade may be fixed and are subject to a change order
- Dynamics GP annual enhancement plan with Microsoft must be current
- All ISV annual enhancement plans must be current
- BCS must be Partner of Record prior to the upgrade start date
- 50% deposit required prior to the upgrade start date
- BCS must have sufficient network access to perform all upgrade efforts

Bond Consulting Services’s Dynamics GP Unlimited Support package includes unlimited calls, emails, and support tickets relating to previously deployed applications and modules.
Details:
- Per user per monthly pricing above based on a minimum commitment of 3 months
- Bond Consulting Services must be the Microsoft Partner of record
- Questions and problem resolutions directly related to Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains that can be completed over the telephone, email, and/or through the use of online remote access tools
- Support Services are available during normal business hours – Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, holidays excluded
- Customers requesting support will receive a response (not necessarily a resolution) within two business hours
- Services not included under this plan are listed as but not necessarily limited to:
- Report writing
- Data conversion
- New GP entity creation
- Database issues not directly related to the Dynamics GP application
