With our Dynamics GP Fixed-Fee Upgrade, we will upgrade your Dynamics GP software so you can keep getting the most out of your software investment.

Price: $7,500

Scope

  • Upgraded modules include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, and Inventory
    • Up to 2 Versions – Limited to no more than a two-version upgrade (i.e. 2013 upgrade to 2015)
    • Includes 2 basic/executable third-party, ISV applications
    • Includes up to 2 GP databases
    • Includes 1 SQL Server and 1 Terminal Server upgrade

Assumptions

  • Anything out of this scope will be subject to a change order
  • Any customizations and/or custom GP reports that fail during the upgrade may be fixed and are subject to a change order
  • Dynamics GP annual enhancement plan with Microsoft must be current
  • All ISV annual enhancement plans must be current
  • BCS must be Partner of Record prior to the upgrade start date
  • 50% deposit required prior to the upgrade start date
  • BCS must have sufficient network access to perform all upgrade efforts
