Kelsey specializes in helping clients streamline business operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. She partners closely with sales and operations teams to solve challenges like inaccurate reporting, inefficient workflows, and data migration headaches. Kelsey holds multiple Microsoft certifications ranging from Dynamics 365 CE to Power Platforms. Additionally, she has worked as a data specialist for an electronic component distribution company, supporting their in-house ERP including their sales and purchasing processes as well as reporting. She’s particularly passionate about helping growing organizations modernize their systems without disrupting day-to-day business and enjoys mentoring her Dynamics 365 team. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exploring new hiking trails or testing out a dessert recipe in the kitchen.
