With more than a decade of experience leading enterprise CRM, ERP, and cloud transformations, she has built and guided high-performing teams across some of the top Microsoft partners in the ecosystem. Jackie is recognized for bringing structure to chaos, balancing technical expertise with empathy, and helping clients achieve measurable results. Her leadership extends beyond delivery — she has pioneered service lines, built communities, and championed organizational change initiatives that strengthened both client relationships and internal culture. Jackie holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and dual degrees in Applied Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines. Today, she leads BCS with a clear vision: scale sustainably, invest in talent, and make technology work for people, not the other way around.
