Job Description:

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant/Customer Success Manager candidate will be expected to engage in Project Management, Project Delivery, Customer Success Management, and Account Management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations projects. The candidate will work extensively with our team of experts and clients at varying stages of the project life cycle to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. The consultant will extend (Technology) solutions and services, and will define technology optimization strategies for the customers. The candidate is expected to be a trusted advisor to develop a service roadmap for the clients’ success.

Job Specification:

The candidate must be proficient in English communications, both verbally and through written-digital correspondence.

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a preference for degrees in Finance, Accounting, or IT related field.

Candidate must have achieved Microsoft Certification(s) on Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 F&O.

The candidate will be expected to have experience in the below technical skills:

  • Experience with Agile delivery methods/standard methodologies.
  • Customizing and deploying extensions for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Customizing and deploying custom modules for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance applications/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in ERP planning and implementation.
