Job Description:

BCS is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Senior Consultant who is highly skilled to join our growing team. This position requires someone who has successfully planned and implemented Business Central. The candidate will be expected to install, configure, test, train, report, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.

Candidate must be self-motivated, solution focused, organized, a self-learner, and enjoy a dynamic team environment. This position is fully remote, some onsite may be required on a case-by-case basis, must be located in the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the client in discovery sessions to gather project requirements.
  • Lead design effort as the solution architect – documenting requirements and promoting recommendations to address client needs.
  • Facilitate project execution through daily communications with the client and/or Project Manager.
  • Ability to engage in multiple initiatives across several client accounts simultaneously.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve open technical and non-technical support issues for clients.

Skills Required:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV system
  • Achieved Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification (preferred)
  • Strong consulting, communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for degrees in Finance, Accounting, or IT related field.

Mastery of the above skills is preferred. The compensation range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 yearly salary. In addition, there is an incentive compensation bonus that gets paid out one month in arrears. Eligible employees are able to enroll in our medical, dental, and vision insurance. BCS covers 50% of the employee base plan. In addition, once eligible you may participate in the 401K plan where BCS matches 20% of the first 5% of salary. Employees will accrue two weeks of paid vacation yearly as well as the California paid sick leave. Employees will also enjoy seven holidays throughout the calendar year.
